Carol Jean Pelach (Beuch), 72, died peacefully with her family by her side after bravely battling a year and a half of cancer. She was born and raised in Lakeville, MN April 6, 1944 to Eric and Elizabeth Beuch. She briefly lived in Elgin, Ill working as a nurse before moving to Farmington, MN to raise her family. In 2014, she was able to fulfill her life dream of moving to the ocean where she lived in the Daytona Beach Area. She loved taking walks to the beach. She had a joy for life and always put others’ needs in front of her own and loved letter writing. You could always count on getting a card from her every holiday. Carol was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, grandma and great grandma. She will be dearly missed by her family. She is preceded in death by Eric and Elizabeth (Tally) Beuch. She is survived by her brother Wally Beuch (Jan) and Marianne McNulty (Beuch), daughter, Lisa Alexander (Pelach), son, Terry Pelach (Freda), grandchildren, Dylan Alexander (Kelly), Tyler and Abby Alexander, Terra Pelach and great grandchildren, Kylie, Madison and Mason Alexander and several nieces and nephews.
