Obituary

Charles Walter Gaines Jr. age 88 of The Villages passed away August 25, 2016. Services will be announced at a later date. Survived by his son Kenneth Gaines of Port Orange and a daughter Kathy Osmer. Charles was  retired U.S. Navy.
