DESROCHERS Ernest W., age 89 of Port Orange, FL passed away on June 9, 2017 at Halifax Health Hospice Care Center in Port Orange.  He was born April 6, 1928 in Chicopee Falls, Mass. and came to Port Orange in 1987 from Chicopee Falls after retiring as an owner/operator of a Construction Company.  He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Claire N.; two sons, David and Donald; five grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.  A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 10  AM at the Halifax Health Hospice Care Chapel, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Halifax Health Hospice Care Center, Port Orange, FL.
