Obituary
Harvey Neville Talley, born May 22, 1929, resided in Franklin, North Carolina during summer months and Port Orange, Florida in the winter months. He was a retired airline mechanic from Eastern Airlines and also served his country with the U.S Navy and the U.S Air Force. His passions in life were gardening, hunting and blue grass music. He is now reunited with his wife of fifty years, Josephine Talley. Harvey passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved him most, at Port Orange Hospice Care Center on March 19th, 2017. He leaves behind a daughter and son in law, Cheryl and Doug Duncan. He also leaves behind two granddaughters, Angelina Herring and Kylie Duncan, as well as a grandson in law, Benjamin Herring and great grandson, Jaxson Herring. Life celebration will be at 2:30pm Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Baldwin Brothers New Smyrna. Committal services with Military Honors will be held at Woodland Cemetery Port Orange, Florida. Memorial donations are requested to the Hospice of your choice.
