Obituary
Jack was given the gift of life on March 21, 1947 in Trenton, New Jersey but had to give it back on July 2, 2017. This was extremely difficult but he was grateful for the privilege to live.
Jack is predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Frances Sikucinski formerly of Fanwood, NJ and Sarasota, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary (nee Manfredi), Kathryn Lind and husband Eugene of New Jersey, Michael and Matthew Sikucinski of Miami, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jack would like to let you know that his work here is done. However, while on this earth, Jack received his BS degree at Southampton University and continued a successful career as a Quality Control Inspector for several major engineering firms including Dupont-Belco Technologies, prior to retiring in 2015. He also worked at The Villages Regional Hospital in their Supply Chain Division.
He received his call, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time. Job security is exactly 110 percent. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will be socializing, gardening and reading to his heart’s content. Music, laughter and love are guaranteed. He left clear instructions to his fun loving and faithful wife Rosemary, (nee Manfredi) of 20 years to celebrate life and not be sad about his death. Amazingly, this outlook worked for him most of the time. Jack is at peace. And on that upbeat note, Jack takes mortal leave of this rollicking, fun loving place called The Villages, which he called home for only two short years.
Friends and family can bid him adieu at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Wildwood, Florida, for a celebratory mass at 10AM, Wednesday, July 19. After mass, a repass will be held in the Manatee Recreation Center, Hillsborough Trail, The Villages, at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society and the Humane Society of Sumter County is appreciated.
I am saddened by his pasing and my condolences to Rosemary and his extended family.
God bless and keep you Rosemary. Love Donna

Although I only met Jack a few times, I found him to be a delight and so easy to be with. Please be assured of my prayers for the repose of his soul and for you as you work through this loss. May God rest Jack good. And remember, Rosemary, 'there is a link that death cannot sever; love and remembrance last forever.'
