It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan R. Boesch, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left this world on November 22, 2025, at the age of 91. Joan was born on May 24, 1934, in Locust Valley, New York, to John and Mary (Mongeluzzo) Esposito. She grew up in a loving household that instilled in her the values of kindness, curiosity, and courage—qualities that would define her life and the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Joan graduated from high school in 1950 and pursued further education by attending college. She obtained her real estate license and enjoyed a successful career in the field. Her professionalism and dedication earned her the respect of her colleagues and clients alike, but it was her kindness and warmth that truly set her apart.
In 1954, Joan married the love of her life, Arthur Boesch, and together they built a beautiful life that spanned more seven decades. Their bond was a testament to true love and companionship.
Joan was a proud mother, leaving behind her two daughters, MJ Boesch, and Lori Capps both who reside in Ft. Myers. She was a beloved grandmother to Erin Bisesti of Syracuse, NY, all family members who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
In her memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hope Hospice.
