In loving memory of Marion “Sonny” Martin Zahn
August 28, 1937 – November 22, 2025

Marion “Sonny” Martin Zahn was born in La Porte, Indiana on August 28, 1937.  Sonny worked for NIPSCO and raised his family in northwest Indiana.

Sonny moved to Florida with his wife Patricia Zahn in 2002. They enjoyed 23 years in The Villages. His favorite past time was playing softball and he continued to play ball into his early 80s. He was also a big Chicago Bears fan.

Sonny is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pat Zahn; his children from his first marriage: Martin and Kathryn Zahn, Nancy and Joe Florek, David and Cathy Zahn, Timothy and Joanna Zahn and his step-daughter Denise and Gerald Crepeau. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his stepsons Greg Sandefur and Kevin Sandefur.

Sonny will be loved and remembered always.
