Obituary
On Wednesday, October 12, Mark Douglas Tomlinson, a loving husband, father, and devout Christian passed away at the age of 69 from complications with his heart. Mark was born on September 11, 1953. Raised by loving parents, Mark served in the United States Air Force for 7 years and then followed his service time by graduating from Augusta College in Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Mark was a faithful Christian that loved sharing the gospel of Jesus and talking about God’s love and amazing grace. Mark loved fishing, playing golf, praying, and most of all being an active member of the Church of Christ and leading worship on Sundays. Although his soul is in heaven, he will continue to be loved by his wife Brigitte, children, and friends.
We know God is pleased to have Mark leading worship in heaven where he belongs. He will surely be missed by us here on earth. There will be a service to pay our respects and remember Mark. Service details are below:

EVENT 2: Graveside Services with Military Honors and Prayer will be held from 2:30 to 3:00PM at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754.
El miércoles 12 de octubre, Mark Douglas Tomlinson, un amoroso esposo, padre y devoto cristiano, falleció a la edad de 69 años por complicaciones con su corazón. Mark nació el 11 de septiembre de 1953. Criado por padres amorosos, Mark sirvió en la Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos durante 7 años y luego siguió su tiempo de servicio al graduarse de Universidad Augusta en Georgia con una Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas.
Mark era un cristiano fiel que amaba compartir el evangelio de Jesús y hablar sobre el amor y la gracia asombrosa de Dios. A Mark le encantaba pescar, jugar al golf, orar y, sobre todo, ser un miembro activo de la Iglesia de Cristo y dirigir la adoración los domingos. Aunque su alma está en el cielo, continuará siendo amado por su esposa Brigitte, hijos y amigos.
Sabemos que Dios se complace en tener a Mark dirigiendo la adoración en el cielo donde pertenece. Seguramente lo extrañaremos aquí en la tierra. Habrá un servicio para presentar nuestros respetos y recordar a Mark. Los detalles del servicio están a continuación:
