Obituary

Gerald F. “Jerry” Lee, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on May 11, 2024. Jerry was born September 10, 1939, on the south side of Pittsburgh, to the late Frances and Thelma Lee.

After attending St. Michaels Grade and High School, Jerry joined the U.S. Army where he served 15 months in Germany. He joined the Teamsters Union in 1964 working at the NAPA Warehouse where he served as the Union Steward. In 1977, he was elected trustee and business agent for Teamsters Local 926. Jerry retired in 1999 as secretary treasurer (Principle Officer.)

Beloved Husband of Carol Miklos Lee; Father of David (Judy) Lee and Maureen Lee; Stepdaughters, Michelle (Andy) Walter, Tracy Fox, and Wendy (Ron) Luptak; Brother to Erma Lee; Grandfather to David Lee, Megan Odoski, and Christopher Lee; Great Grandfather to Jackson Lee and loving Uncle to Niece, Colleen (Len) Seth. Jerry was proceeded in death by his first wife, Marilyn “Mimsi” (Nichol) Lee, brother, Robert Lee, and sister, Roberta Jones.

Jerry and Carol enjoyed their summers at Pymatuning Lake. In accordance with Jerrys wishes a private family service has taken place in Fort Myers, FL.

    Carol and family, I want to send my condolences. Jerry was a great friend and I’m thankful for all he did for me, he gave me the biggest opportunity in my life and I hope that I lived up to his expectations. Rest in peace Jerry
