Born and raised in Sarver, Pennsylvania, he was the youngest and last surviving of 11 children born to Forest W. Clark and Florence Ray Clark. Chuck married the love of his life, Phyllisfae Grafton Clark in 1947. She preceded him in death in 2015 after 67 1/2 years of marriage.

Chuck and Phyllis were strong believers and attended the Port Orange Church of the Nazarene where they were very active members.
After Phyllis’ death he move to Ocala, Florida to be closer to his daughter. He enjoyed his last several years living in an apartment at Canterfield of Ocala Assisted Living, where he died. He loved his family and enjoyed seeing and talking with them over Facetime.
He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his 3 children, Kathleen Clark Gingery (JK), Charles K Clark (Melinda) and Candice Clark Fennell (Daniel). He also leaves 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
