Obituary
In loving memory of Joanne Laura Daigle
April 29,1940- January 13, 2021
Joanne L. Daigle (80) of Dunnellon, FL passed away peacefully, in the early morning of January 13, 2021 at Estelle’s Hospice House.
Joanne was born in Berlin, NH, April 29, 1940 to late Carmel and Lionel Cote. She graduated from Notre Dame High School class of 1958. In 1961, Joanne graduated nursing school and began her career as a nurse.
Joanne was known for her selfless actions and her smile that brightened any room she walked in to. She spent much of her time with family and friends. She was an avid BINGO player, often taking day trips with her girlfriends, loved golf, and never missed a night of watching Wheel-of-Fortune!
Joanne is survived by her husband of 56 wonderful years, Donald Daigle; sons, John and Frank Daigle; granddaughter, Desiree Daigle; grandson and his wife Donavon and Stephanie Daigle; along with her great grandchildren, Leighanna, Brayden, and Autumn, who she cherished with all her being. She also leaves behind her brother, George Cote and sister, Carol Ward.
Joanne’s laugh and smile will be greatly missed. She was always there for others with a positive outlook on any situation. A celebration of Joanne’s life will be held at at later date in Berlin, NH.
I was saddened to hear the news of Joanne's passing. My memories of Joanne go way back to elementary school (and Donald too).
Joanne and I were also roommates in nursing school. She was always kind, pleasant, and very studious/she Aced every exam; I don't remember ever having an argument with her. When we needed a break we walked up to her house and her mother always had something good to feed us.
RIP my friend/Rochelle Guay Nodden
Sorry for your loss. Working with you every day has been a pleasure. I didn’t know your mom but your character tells me she was a great mother.

So sorry for your loss. Joanne was always happy and had a smile for everyone. She will be missed in SCP. God bless you at this time and always.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and the entire family. I always fondly remember visiting you and Aunt Joanne in Burlington when I was growing up. Like you are, she was one of the kindest, warmest, and most loving people. She will be missed, but will remain in my memories and prayers always. With love,
Kelley
