Obituary

Alan Taylor Blunt, 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Cornerstone Hospice in the The Villages, FL. He was born March 9, 1939 in Alexandria, VA, to Albert Leroy and Gladys Audrey (nee Pierpoint) Blunt. Alan graduated from Fork Union Military Academy, and was an alumni of Bridgewater College. He was married to Mary Lou (nee Freehling) Blunt since June 6, 1965. Alan was retired from Pentagon Federal Credit Union. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Ann (nee Blunt) Gonzalez and son-in-law Luis Gonzalez. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to COPD Foundation or Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages.
