Obituary

Anna Mae Poster, 79, of Ocala, FL died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her home in Ocala.  She was born March 3, 1937 in Detroit, MI the daughter of George Daniel and Anna (nee Schneider) Harman.  She came to Florida in 1986 from Pittsburgh, PA and was a member of the Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by a son, Chris Edward Poster.  She is survived by her husband, Harry Poster of the home in Ocala, FL; daughter Lisa Ann Kelley, son, William E. Janeda and daughter Sarah Ellen Janeda all of Pittsburgh, PA. Also by daughters Kendra Lee Janeda and Tracy Condeluci both of Ft. Myers, FL and daughter Leonell Rae Janeda of West Palm Beach FL and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

    My heart is broken . I met Jake over 50 years ago when I baby Sat for her. We became friends and remained so even though we would not see each other for years when we did it was like yesterday. I loved how easily she laughed at all the crazy things I said and did. She will be in my heart and memories forever.

    Harry, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. How sad to have to say good-bye to such a wonderful "mom" & friend. From the moment I met Jake she took me under her wing and we became fast friends. Always there with motherly advise and a big hug when it was needed. She will be missed by all who knew her. I am grateful that she was part of my life and that I have such great memories of all the times I spent with you, her and your family. We all have another angel watching over us! God bless.

    It was an honor to have known Jake. Her perseverance and how she handled herself through the things she had gone through in her life were an inspiration to me.
