Obituary
Anne M. Caldwell, 95 of Maitland Florida passed away on March 24, 2022 in her home with all her children close by. She enjoyed a wonderful life and is now reunited with her beloved husband.
She was born to George and Helen LaCatta on July 26, 1926 in Winton Pennsylvania. Oldest of three sisters she is survived by Helen Zuba and Marge Edwards of Connecticut. Predeceased by her only brother Joseph LaCatta. They lived their childhood in the northeast until traveling south to North Carolina and then Florida where she met her military husband Richard B. Caldwell. Many years of travel to Europe, Taiwan, and U.S. Army bases making friendships and building their family of six children. After the passing of her husband in 1965, the family left Denver Colorado and made their home in Maitland. She loved to garden, paint anything for anybody and sitting on the porch with family. She treasured the Holidays and Special events at “headquarters” with her family always celebrating at her side. She is survived by her children Richard (Leyla), James (Debbe), Loreen (Alan), Christopher (Beverly), Jeffrey (Barbara) and Timothy (Brenda) and her 14 grandchildren Rickey, Gregory, Nathan, Shaun, Erin, Craig, Christopher, Jessica, Jeffrey Jr. Morgan, Andrew, Rebekah, and Matthew. She was also blessed with her 7 great grandchildren Haley, Shaun, Dylan, Daniel, Korben, Benjamin and Connor.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2nd at 1:00pm. St. Mary Magdalen Church 861 Maitland Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Anne’s name to https://www.uso.org/donate/donate-in-honor.
