Annis was born to Louella and John W Booher of Toledo, Ohio. She was the 7th of 9 children, Paul, Thelma, Donald, Mildred, Doyle, Joyce, Patricia and Rosemarie.
Her husband Robert Hagen preceded her in death (1981).
She is survived by her daughter BettyAnn, her granddaughter Megan and her great grandson Philip-John. She and Bob along with their first daughter BettyAnn moved to South Florida in 1957 until they returned to Toledo in early 1978, during a blizzard to be precise. She eventually relocated to Central Florida to be near her girls in 2012.
Mom was in the banking industry her entire career. She was an avid reader, an excellent cook, she made the best cheesecake and pecan tassies ever. She was quick witted, loved an outing, was very intelligent, a great conversationalist and a hard working lady.
Dementia and Parkinson’s began mom’s decline in 2017 with covid taking the wind out of her sails mid January ultimately leading to her death.
She is and will be greatly missed. Our lifetime of memories will sustain us all until we meet again Mom, we love you with all our hearts!
Her immediate family will celebrate her life by dining at mom’s favorite restaurant Red Lobster and reliving grandma moments. Her daughters will take her home in the spring where she will be memorialized at Toledo Memorial Park where dad and many other family members have already been laid to rest.
It is our honor to be her legacy
