Obituary
Anthony Erker 94 of Ocala, FL passed away August 4, 2017. He was born in North Collins, NY on January 7, 1923 and moved to Ocala from Buffalo, NY in 1984. He served in the US Navy during WWII as a Gunners Mate. He was preceded in death by his wife Agnes E. Erker and is survived by 2 sons: William Erker of Ocala, FL and Wayne Erker of Palm Beach County.
early days working, enjoying daily life ,and keeping everyone happy on holidays with stories and jokes. For example; on this very day, 8/5/67-50 yrs. ago this our wedding anniversary day, he drove us all over--, to the reception blowing the car horn all the way to Niagara Falls for 30 miles, then on to So. Buffalo for another 12 miles for pictures; and in the parking lot of the the Catholic Church during the ceremony he was so gracious to share his cases of beer with other believers. What a great Christian my Uncle was and is now. And this is just one of numerous moments I share with him. God has a special
place for him in heaven I am sure!!
