Obituary
Antonia Pérez was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico in 1921. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roberto, of 50 years. Also, preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, 1 grandchild, and 1 great grandchild. Antonia is survived by her children Linda Navedo of Orlando, FL and Robert Pérez (wife Wendy) of Holland, MI. Also, Antonia is survived by 2 sisters (Felicita in CA and Carmen Dominga in PR}, 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Antonia moved to NYC in the 40’s where she met her husband, Roberto. Before moving to Orlando she worked as a nurse, a seamstress and an employee of Alexander’s Department Stores. She was a long-time member of St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in the Bronx, NY, a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a Girls Scout leader. She enjoyed traveling and socializing with friends. She and her husband moved to Orlando where she was a parishioner of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
A bilingual mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 24th at 11:00 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Orlando followed by a burial at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
