Obituary
Arthur L. Lemmerman, “Art”, 71, of Cape Coral, passed away November 3, 2018 at Lee Memorial Hospital. Born July 18, 1947 in Port Clinton, OH., he was the son of Willard A. Lemmerman and “Evelyn Sue” Muscovalley. Art retired after 21 years as owner of the Fast Track Sports Bar. He is survived by his loving wife Malinda Lemmerman (nee Graham), daughter Ashley Lemmerman (Keith Deeser) of Fort Myers, sons Shad Lemmerman (Rebecca) of Cape Coral, and Jason (Jacki) Lemmerman of NC., grandchildren Rilee, Jackson, Jillian, Jacob and Jasmine Lemmerman, and Kaylee and Klayton Deeser, brother Bill (Pam) Lemmerman of Fort Myers, nephews Michael and Tom Lemmerman. Art graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1965 moving to southwest Florida in 1972. After relocating to Florida Art first worked as an attendant at the Shell Station in S. Fort Myers, and then went on to work with Pepsi, Coca Cola, Culligan Water, Holsum Bread, and many others. Art was a wonderful and loving husband, father, papa, uncle, brother, and friend who enjoyed helping others and his generous giving touched the hearts of so many. Known for his quick wit and story telling he always kept people entertained. He loved “his” Ohio State Buckeyes. Art will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. His dogs Maggie Mae and Karma Jean will certainly miss their daily joy rides. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2:00 pm, at AMVETS Post 50, 2705 Garden St., N. Ft Myers, Fl., 33917. Baldwin Brothers Affordable Cremations, Fort Myers, assisted the family with arrangements.
