Ashley Marie Wood, 35 years of age, of cape Coral, (formerly Battle Creek, MI) passed away on Thursday, September 10th, 2020.  Ashley was born July 11th, 1985 in Allegan, MI. She attended Lakeview High School in Battle Creek and Richard Milburn Academy, Fort Myers. She recently started college to become a Police Officer.

Ashley enjoyed spending time with family, especially her daughter Jaydnn.  Ashley was always willing to help anyone that needed help.  She was a devoted mother.  Her smile would light up a room and her gift of “gab” never left a room quiet.

Ashley was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lloyd Wood.  Ashley is survived by: her daughter, Jaydnn; her parent Craig and Laura Wood; Grandparents Annie Moore, Dan and Shari Walters; Aunts and Uncles- Marci(Anthony) Smith, Danielle(Paul) VanDerhoff, Aaron(Lyndsay) Walters; cousins- Jordan and Kent Crawford, Griffin and Peyton VanDerhoff, Logan Dubois and Claire Walters. 

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her daughter and family.
