COFFMAN, Audrey passed away peacefully following a long illness with family by her side on September 26. She is predeceased by her father Augustus (Gus) Frank, mother Hettie, and twin sister Barbara (Bobbie) Boggs. After graduating from Deland High School in 1952, Audrey attended Stetson University and Orange Memorial Teaching Hospital, where she graduated with a nursing degree in 1955. She worked for the office of Dr. Harold Torrence in Orlando, pursued her love of flowers as a floral arranger, and was an ER nurse for Health Central in Ocoee until her retirement in 1996. Audrey will be remembered for her avid love of nature - bird watching, flower arranging, and gardening. A member of the Orlando Garden Club for over 50 years, she often hosted Wildflower meetings at her home in Geneva. Always a great cook, she was best known for her amazing carrot cake. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, William G. (Bill) Coffman, sister Carolyn Jackson, sons William G. (Dusty) Coffman, II (Paula) and Steven Frank Coffman, grandchildren Joshua, Jeremy, Stephanie, Christina, and Steven, great-grandchildren Kelly and Brad, and many other friends and family. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 501 E. Mitchell Hammock Road, Oviedo 32765.
