Obituary
Barbara Lynn Edwards, 70, of Fort Myers, FL and formerly of Chino Hills, CA, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at her residence, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on June 15, 1951 in Hamilton, OH to the proud parents of Thomas J & Ruth Ann (Wolf) Brocher, Barbara was a retired Insurance Service Specialist at AAA and State Farm, with several promotions. She was a graduate of Fountain Valley High School in Fountain Valley, CA and she was kind and helpful to all people she met and was a fiercely independent spirit. Her tenacity in overcoming obstacles and fighting to overcome challenges in life and health is her legacy. She also enjoyed traveling, gardening, fishing and a good game of Bridge. Barbara moved to the area in January of 2019, coming from Chino Hills, CA and she was a Protestant.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Ann Wolf Brocher & Thomas J Brocher and two brothers: Thomas Brocher Jr and Michael Brocher. Survivors include her beloved husband of 37 years, Kurt Stephen Edwards of Fort Myers, FL; her loving son, William Deder Landry Jr of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; her grandson, Ryan Leslie Landry of Frog Hollow, Ontario, Canada and her step-father, Rudy Wolf of Glendale, CA.
