Berthaline Stratford, 84, of Summerfield, FL, passed away on September 29, 2014. Berthaline was born on June 8, 1930 in Woodbridge, Virginia. She was the eleventh child born to Henry and Alice Griffin. Berthaline was a homemaker. She moved to Summerfield in 2007 from Maryland. Berthaline is survived by her son, Michael Stratford of North Carolina, her daughter, Cheryl Dungan of Florida, brother, Albert Griffin, sister, Helen Winstead, both of Maryland, and four grandchildren, Eric, Jerry, Matthew and Bonnie. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry and grandson, Ryan. Inurnment will be in Florida National Cemetery.
