Blanche Marie Mathew, 79, of Cape Coral, FL, passed away on November 25, 2022 at her residence. She was born on June 18, 1943 to John and Keturah Skiles in Greenville, Ohio. She had three brothers and two sisters. She was the valedictorian of her high school graduating class. After graduation she attended Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana, graduating with the highest honors. She taught English and Speech for a number of years and in 1991 she was ordained as Priest in the Episcopal Church. During the last six years of her ministry she served as chaplain for the correction center for women in Western North Dakota.
On May 15, 1965 she married Cherian Mathew in Great Falls, Montana. They have two children, Damien and Teresa. As a family they made frequent trips to Yellowstone. She enjoyed reading and listening to music. She will be missed.
