Obituary

Bradley Eugene Abner, 52, passed away October 15,2019 at his home in Palm Coast, Florida from a brain aneurism. His celebration of life will be held Friday November 8th at Baldwin Brothers funeral home in Ormond Beach at 3pm.
Brad was born on December 8, 1966 in Portsmouth, Virginia from mother Linda Smith and father Eddie Abner. He was the oldest of five. In 1988 Brad fell in love to his wife Tina where they shared a beautiful daughter together, Megan Abner. After 29 years Brad and Tina went their separate ways. Brad always made sure his first priority was his daughter. He enjoyed spending every moment with her, whether it would be playing video games together or doing movie and dinner nights together.
Everyone in the family knew Brad as very sarcastic, which was passed down to his daughter. He was also known for being there when you needed a hand with anything. He had a passion for his Oakley sunglasses, no matter if it was dark or inside a building Brad always had his sunglasses on. He also enjoyed collecting all types of flashlights, the troubles Brad had was having a flashlight that worked when you needed one. One of Brads favorite pastimes was watching wrestling with his daughter on Monday nights. He also enjoyed watching college football. University of Florida was his favorite team and no matter what he was always watching the game.
Brad was a caring and loving son. He loved his mother very much. His favorite thing to do was to give his mother Linda a hard time, with him being the oldest he definitely fulfilled this. She was a huge part of his life growing up Brad always made sure his mother was taken care of and made sure of that till his last days.  Brad was one of five kids. He had two sisters Teresa and Hope. He loved nothing better to do than to give his sisters a hard time. No matter what he would make sure to always be there for his sisters when they needed him. Brad also had two brothers David and Richey. Brad and David both understood each other’s sarcastic personalities. Brad loved going out paintballing or shooting with David and his nephews.
Brad was an amazing father and he made known every day that his daughter was loved by him. He was the best brother you could ask for; he was always there to bring the funny and sarcastic humor to any get together. Brad had a mother who he loved unconditionally and nieces and nephews that could not have asked for a better uncle.
God had a bigger plan for Brad, and we could not be to selfish with such an amazing man. He will be so deeply missed and anyone who ever cross paths with brad knows that he was an outstanding man and loving person who had a big heart for everyone.
During Brads celebration of life, we will be having a few people speaking at his ceremony, the floor will be open for anyone to share crazy and funny stories of Brad. We will use this time to talk about all the good times and embarrassing times of Brad, he would not want us to mourn for him but to be able to be at peace with his passing and be able to share all the wonderful memories we had with him together.
