Brian referred to the Florida sunsets as “the greatest show on earth every night”. After leaving the Air Force, he went to work for the USPS as a Maintenance Manager before retiring. Golfing and fishing were his favorite activities but he was also an avid bird watcher. Brian loved all his pets but especially his five Havanese puppies. He enjoyed watching them play in the yard and they always made him smile. He was a loyal fan for many years of the Tampa Bay Rays and Buccaneers. Brian loved to travel and enjoyed making all the arrangements himself, often planning the next trip before the current trip was over. Brian was a wonderful cook and enjoyed having a houseful of people to feed. He loved cooking Thanksgiving Dinner yet would never share his secret dressing/stuffing recipe. Over many years, Brian donated to several charities, Save the Children, ASPCA, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Salvation Army and American Red Cross.
