Obituary
Carl Lee Ramsey, 93 of Ocala, Florida went to be with God on October 3, 2023.
He was born in Malta Township, Ohio on June 5, 1930 to Earl and Mary Jane Ramsey.
Carl was a plastering contractor by trade. Later, he became an ordained minister in the Church of God, Anderson until retirement.
In his earlier years, he served in the Army with the occupational forces in Japan after WWII.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, reading and traveling. The most important thing in his life was family.
Carl’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his daughters: Barbara A. Smith and Connie M. Stickle; grandson: Karl David Ramsey; and great granddaughter Adora B. Crisp.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Alice (Liff) Ramsey and children Alan (Pam) Ramsey, Carl David (Gloria) Ramsey, (Steve Stickle), Cheryl (Roger) Robinson, Elaine Williams, 15 Grandchildren, 41 Great Grandchildren and 21 Great Great Grandchildren.
There will be no funeral service per the decedent’s request.
