Obituary

Carmen Belen Lugo, 81 years old was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 10, 1943.  She was a retired reservationist for Eastern Airlines.  She passed away at her home in Fruitland Park on October 6, 2024.  Carmen is survived by her beloved son Michael Maldonado.  She is also survived by her brothers Lorenzo (Judith), Edwin (Jessica), Egger (Maureen), sister Nancy (David).  She also leaves behind nieces and nephews and many cousins.  She was pre-deceased by her parents Lorenzo Lugo Pacheco and Celia Lugo Velasquez.  A memorial service will be held in Florida followed by a funeral mass and interment in New Jersey.
