Obituary

Carol Lynn Dressler passed peacefully to her early death on May 5th, 2021 at the age of 54 following a brief illness.  A life cut short, but well lived, graced by many dear friends both new -found and lifelong as well as loving family.

During her almost 25yrs of service at Bay Hill Club and Lodge, Carol endeared herself to members and guests alike who enjoyed her infectious smile, witty humor and pampering service always catering to guest wishes and preferences.

A Club member needing a caregiver for her fur baby helped launch a very successful pet sitting business that again made special friends of both pets and their owners through her devoted care and attention.

Even though a lifelong Floridian, she was a Patriots football fan through and through always decked out in team colors on game day cheering her team on to victory.

Carol was preceded in death by her Mother, Margaret and brother, Donald.  She is survived by Father, Frank Dressler, Sister, Linda Cacua (Benny), brother, Gary Dressler (Jan), and nieces and nephews Alex Dressler, Alicia Robertson, Kelsey Rosa, Cole Dressler, Connor Dressler and other family members.

Carol was born on October 14, 1966 in Des Plaines Illinois and was a resident of Orlando graduating from Colonial High and Leesburg, Florida

There will be a celebration of life on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 10-12pm at the Orlando Chapel

I am so saddened by the passing of my youngest cousin. Carol has always been able to raise a smile and her smile would light up the room.

I can still see your face in my mind. If I listen carefully enough,I can hear your voice. Including mine, just how many lives did you touch? It must be thousands. You always made me feel like I was someone special when you and I spent time together. We went to the beach, we watched TV and shared pizza's and many 12-packs. We went to a comedy club one night, then the Sunset Serenade to listen to live music. Oh, and how many parties and gatherings with friends did we share? I have nothing but the fondest memories with you, so many years ago. I am so glad that we reconnected, not so long ago. I didn't know you were sick; and I wish I could have been there for you. You are at peace now and I will miss you very much. Sleep in quiet peace, my friend. ~ Dave
