When Carole would share news about the Women of the ELCA at St Stephen the Martyr Lutheran she would do it with compelling messages and measured enthusiasm. I didn't know Carole well but whenever she greeted someone it was with warmth and grace.

Mr. Ropel and family: I am so sorry for your loss of Mrs. Ropel. I pray the Lord gives you strength and peace. She was a superior chaperone and I loved her wonderful personality and her sense of humor. She's is in heaven now with family and getting teens ready for inspection. Ha Ha. Love to all of you.
