With an outgoing warm personality, quick wit, and a sense of style extraordinaire, Carolyn was a natural as Receptionist / Secretary in the business community, and so thoroughly enjoyed the Island lifestyle and all that it encompassed for many years.
Volunteering after a move over the Causeway at the Lee Memorial Hospital was a joy that kept her active for 25 years. However, as all know, Carolyn’s greatest love was her family. Being involved from rattles to cars, college to career moves with her children, and grandchildren, brought her the most joy.
A true lady in every way, she will be greatly missed by her loving family. Daughters Joan Bratz (Milt) of New Hampshire, Nancy duPont of Fort Myers, and son, Dean Foster (Marge) of Naples. Grandchildren: Evan duPont, Connor duPont, William duPont, Jeffrey Bratz, David Bratz, Leslie Bratz, John Foster, James Foster, and newly welcomed in 2019, great grandchildren: Alexander and Caspian.
Carolyn’s life was blessed with very special friends. These friends will always have a special place in the hearts of her children and grandchildren. We thank you for your love and friendship you bestowed on Mom.
