  1. Jean Marie Andrews Lackey says:

Mom I think we all agree that you were the root and the solid rock to this family that held it all together through thick and thin. You showed me how to rise from the toughest parts of life, how to forgive, and the strength to fight to survive. The trust in God you taught all of us is the biggest survival lesson life can have. And I can’t thank you enough for that. But you know how I feel because I feel you with me every minute of everyday. You passing in my arms I knew you were safe. You brought me into this world and I can’t thank God enough for choosing me to be the one to hold you on your way out of this world. I will always love you and miss until we meet again. You and me against the world mamma. Love Pickles.
