Obituary
Cesar Silva, 71, of Deltona, FL passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016. He moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2007 and it was not long before his warm, generous spirit earned him many wonderful friendships in his adopted state, where he had moved to be closer to his twin sister after the death of his beloved first wife. He was very active in his church and went out of his way to help anyone in need. He could always be counted on to provide a kind word and a smile. No matter what was going on in his life, he would always say he “felt so good, it’s a shame.” To all who knew him and all those whose lives he touched, he was a shining example of the best humanity has to offer.
He is preceded in death by his loving first wife Geny, his parents, his twin sister Gladys, two other sisters, and three brothers.
He is survived by his daughters, Natalia and Monica and her husband Damian; his sister Lydia and her husband Johnny, his wife Candida and many, many nieces and nephews.
A mass celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1:00pm at Our Lady of the Lakes Church located at 1310 Maximilian St., Deltona, FL.
A service in New Jersey will follow in early April.
