Ted, RIP dear friend.
I was very fortunate to have known him and worked for him and his very Special Squad Crew. He was such a great teacher, not just in law enforcement, but in his wisdom in knowledge of life's experience's.
He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have him pass through their lives. He was truly one of the finest and most respected. He will be missed by all. Rest in peace #170
Ted was one of the first officers I worked with in RI
Never a bad minute working together.
He was the epitome of old school police.
A good friend above all.
He will be sadly missed by so many of us.

My most sincere condolences to you. Ted was one of the best bosses I ever had and I don't have one memory of him that isn't hilarious. He was a great man and great friend. The world is a much darker place without his infection smile and outgoing personality. Such an enormous loss to everyone who knew him.
Sincerely -

My deepest sympathy to both of you. Words cannot describe the fondness I had for Ted. I never enjoyed working with anyone more than him. He was a great guy and an Irishman's Irishman. I SURE HOPE THEY ARE READY FOR FUNNY STORIES IN HEAVEN!
