Obituary

Charles F. Scott “Charlie”, 77, passed away peacefully at his home in Fort Myers, on July 16, 2021. Born December 03, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN., he was the son of Frederick C. Scott and Glenna M. Jones. Charlie was a veteran, having proudly served in the United States Army National Guard. He had worked numerous years as a case manager with Morgan and Morgan. Additional announcement information is forthcoming from his family. Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, Fort Myers, assisted with arrangements.

    You were a long time friend and very good poker player as Dave mentioned. Will miss our lunches and catching up in Fla. peace to you and your family.

    Charlie a very dear friend at Broad Ripple you will be missed especially at the poker tables. We had a lot of good times and those memories are for ever. Take care my friend Love ya.

    Charlie, you were a real friend throughout our years at BRHS. I remember the Friday evenings (those when we did not have dates) when we "cruised" the local Indy drive-ins. You drove a Chevy V6 and were determined to "match" the many V8's you encountered. Later in life, you solved that "issue" when you purchased a Corvette.

    Our paths after HS took us to different parts of the country but we still stayed in contact via occasional emails and class reunions.

    We are all headed now to that big "reunion" in the sky. Take care of things and I will try to catch up with you "down the next road".
