Gerry and Family: We were truly heartbroken by your phone call telling us about Charles passing. I enjoyed our phone conversations with the both of you since he retired and moved to Lady Lake, FL to live. He always felt that he was ten years younger being there and able to enjoy playing sports. Charles had tremendous love and was extremely proud of his family. He had a terrific sense of humor and ability to always make you laugh. He was like a father and best friend all in one person. I will fondly remember forever our working days together at U.S. Army Aviation Systems Command (AVSCOM) in St. Louis, MO. He was a tremendous teacher and mentor to me. I know he has made this world a better place to live in through his unselfish kindness and friendship. Please accept our deepest sympathy on your loss. We will continue to touch base with you and keep Charles and your family in our daily prayers. May you find comfort in knowing that he Rest in Peace in Heaven for Eternity. God bless you all!
