Charlotte Mary Monacelli, age 94, passed away at Sunset Lake Health and
Rehabilitation Center in Venice, FL on August 27, 2023.

Charlotte was born on November 21, 1928 in Albion, NY to the late Casimer and Martha (Furmanski) Stucko.
She was a graduate of Albion High School, Class of 1946. On March 26, 1951, she married Robert Monacelli.

Charlotte was a long time employee of Orleans Travel Bureau in Albion, NY, and in 1972 she and Robert
purchased the Orleans Travel Bureau. In 1983, they decided to retire, sold the business, and moved to
Sarasota, FL.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert, on October 10, 2011, her
grandson, Robert Alan Monacelli, on January 9, 1997, her sister, Lorraine Noreck, on October 11, 2021, and
her in-laws, Amedeo and Lena Monacelli.

She is survived by her son Alan (Michelle) Monacelli of North Port, FL and her grandsons, Anthony Monacelli and
Aaron Monacelli of North Port, FL. She is also survived by her two nieces, Kathleen Ziegler (Carl) of Lithia,
FL, Lynne Ricci (Stephen) of Ocala, FL, her nephew Jeffrey VanNostrand (Jeanne) of Batavia, NY,
several great and great-great nieces and nephews, and one great-great-great niece.

Services will be held at the Church of the Incarnation, 2901 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL on Monday,
September 18, 2023, at 9:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

    Dear Al, Michelle, Anthony, and Aaron,

    Stephen and I are so sorry for your loss of Charlotte. She was always so welcoming when we came to visit. She will be missed. Your Mom and your Dad were great people and had so much love for their family.
