Judy and extended family and friends: Thank you for sharing Cisco with us. He was a true patriot in service to our country! Still remember that he was the Honor Graduate (#1) for his NCO/SGT Academy group when we were in Berlin. Great friendships developed wherever we went: DLIWC (Language School [German] in Monterey, CA, or Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas, or at Co. B, Andrews Barracks in Berlin itself. He knew how to make others welcome. Trust that he will be in the vanguard, when it's our turn to meet again. My love and prayers will continue, always.

Cisco was my roommate for much of the time at Monterey. When we were in San Angelo he and the gang came to our apartment many times. My deepest sympathy to Judy and his family.

I remember Cisco from Oak Grove thru Greenon high school and later class reunions. He was a good student and was liked and respected by all. Very good natured and friendly. He was very proud of his Army service (rightfully so) as we all are. Peg and I extend our sympathies to his wife Judy ,god rest his soul.
