When my way grows drear, Precious Lord linger near, when my light is almost gone, Hear my cry hear my call , Hold my hand lest I fall, Take my hand Precious Lord lead me on.
When the darkness appears and the night draws near, And the day is past and gone, At the river I stand,Guide my feet hold my hand, Take my hand Precious Lord, Lead me home.
Linda DaSilva says:
Jr.
I Love you and I miss you. I wish you could have stayed with me. The memories are too few now, and the time too short. You took a piece of me to heaven with you today. You ask me to let you go, I didn't know how to do that, and I still don't. You are forever in my heart. I will look up and ask for you back, I will think of you over and over. God has written your story and I wish you could tell me about it. I Love you Jr
Ken DaSilva says:
We will think of you often and miss you always.
Gail & Ron Rodgers says:
Jr., Thank you for being an awesome father and great friend. We miss you so much already, it doesn't seem real. Thank you for ALWAYs being there for us no matter what. Ronnie has said many times that he thought of you as a brother. As for me, well what can you say about someone who could finish your sentences the exact same way you would. That went both ways. I will be forever grateful for the friendship that grew stronger through the years. This song from Garth Brooks pretty much sums it up.
Looking back on the memory of
The dance we shared beneath the stars above
For a moment all the world was right
How could I have known you'd ever say goodbye
And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd have to miss the dance
Looking back on the memory of
The dance we shared beneath the stars above
For a moment all the world was right
How could I have known you'd ever say goodbye
And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd have had to miss the dance
