Obituary

United States Military Veteran Life Celebration for C James Wilson, New Smyrna Beach FL who died Tuesday, April 25, 2012 will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 27 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach. Jim was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He served as a Captain in the US Army in WW II and Korea where he earned the Silver Star. He worked as a project manager and estimator for D W Browning Contracting Company where he was a partner and Corporate Secretary. Jim was very active in Masonic organizations including Past Master of Halifax Lodge 81 F&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies of Orlando where he earned the 33rd Degree, New Smyrna Beach Scottish Rite Club, Bahia Shrine Orlando. He was also active in American Legion Post 17 New Smyrna Beach, Charter member of American Legion Post 285 Edgewater and a Life Member of Sandspur Riding Club. Jim enjoyed playing golf regularly and was a member for many years at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course. He leaves to cherish his memory a son Neil and Daughter In law Diane Keyser of New Smyrna Beach.     Nice article!! They rellay do a great job keeping everyone safe and still letting them have a good time! Just wish parents would watch their own kids a little better, it would ease the tension on everyone....but...so it goes...I also applaud the men and women of the Beach Patrol!!

    Dear Family, I am so very sorry about the loss of your dear loved one. May the thought at Job 33:25 give you comfort in knowing that Mr. Wilson will return to the days of his youth and be able to enjoy life without the infirmities of old age. My sincere condolences to you.
