Obituary

Colleen Hope Mosher Howell, age 44, passed on September 30, 2021 in Daytona Beach, Florida

Colleen is survived by her father Rob Mosher, sister Amber Middleton (Chris), son Ethan, nieces Ciara, Cayla and Rebecca Flannery, great nieces Makenna, Nicole and Ryleigh, great nephew Dean, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Chris Mosher, paternal grandparents Richard and Shirley Mosher, and maternal grandparents Al and Florence
Snow.

Colleen was born August 24, 1977 at Vandenburg Air Force Base, California. She moved with her family to Titusville in 1990. She was a kind, caring soul who would do anything for her friends. She enjoyed spending time with her son and nieces at the beach. She was a board member of the Downtown Merchants Association and enjoyed being involved in their functions and benefits. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial and celebration of life will be Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the American Legion Post 1 Pavilion located at 1281 N. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida at 12:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Covered dishes are welcomed and appreciated.

    Colleen was one of the first few people I met when I moved to Titusville. She was so full of light and positivity that radiated from her. She was proud of what she did and always had a smile on her face. Her and I came up with some ideas for some videos for her place of employment but unfortunately never got around to filming any of them. I am saddened by her loss but know she is resting easy. Thank you for being a kind soul. May you rest in Paradise.

    To her family my deepest sympathy and condolences. Colleen and I have been life long friend since we were teenagers. She went above and beyond to help anybody anytime. Her smile was infectious and her laugh will be sorely missed. She will be missed...until we see each other again! R.I.P Beautiful
