Obituary

Colleen Schnabel of The Villages, FL. transitioned peacefully on December 10, 2019 in her home with her husband Michael Schnabel. She is survived her son Shaun Goodnow of Londonderry, NH; grandchildren Cody and Taylor Goodnow of Salen, NH; mother Barbara Coutts of Bridgewater, MA; brothers Fred and Robert Coutts; sisters Connie, Candy, Barbie, Stacey, and Holly. There will be no services as her wishes were to have those who knew her and Michael to reach out to him for comfort, and so in beauty it is finished.

Dearest Colleen, thank you for befriending two pesky Brits and making our vacations in The Villages over the years full of fun, laughter and adventures! Your energy, organisation, zest, ideas, skills, creativity and baking left us in awe of you! You'll never be forgotten - and you'll always bring a smile whenever we think of you. Which will be often! We'll be watching out for that honeybee too!
Fondest love always - and huge hugs
    Anne and Frew xx

Coleen was a dear friend who would always take time to help. She was the kindest, most creative person I have ever met
and this world will be a darker place without her. She will be greatly missed. I am hoping that as an angel she will watch over
    all of us.

Such a shock hearing of an old friend passing. We had been friends since we were teenagers in our crazy years. She grew to be a loving and caring person with a huge heart full of love for her friends and family. Sending my love to her family, Mother Barb and all her brothers and sisters, Mike, Shaun and his children. Keep your memories close to your heart.

I am forever thankful for the great wisdom Colleen shared with me. Her loving heart was open to give and receive. These are the words she shared with me:
"I AM" ....... I am soul and light. Qualities of soul: Love, Peace, Truth, Power, Bliss, Purity
INTAMACY ...... in to me I see
LOVE ......... letting others voluntarily evolve
I am grateful for crossing paths with Colleen in this life.
