Obituary

Cornelius Samuel Graham, 87, of Fort Myers, formerly of Clark, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, in Fort Myers, Florida.  He was born on May 29,1930, in Williamson, New York to Samuel and Susie (Lewis) Graham.  He lived most of his life in New Jersey.

Cornelius spent 41 years serving in various capacities with the Pennsylvania Railroad, Amtrak, and Conrail.  He was known to be kind, a quick wit, a loving father and a devoted husband.  Neil, as he was known, loved to play games and complete puzzles.  He would spend his weekends working on automobiles (a passion he developed from his father, an auto mechanic) and in the garden.

Neil is preceded in death by “the love of his life”, Frances.  He was extremely proud of his daughter, Linda Lee Tonnesen (Mark) and of his son Frank (Linda), both residing in Fort Myers. They were at his side during his final journey.  He is, also, survived by his younger brother Vincent (Martha) , of Springfield, Missouri, and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  All will be together this summer to celebrate his life.

Baldwin Brothers, Fort Myers, is entrusted with his final care.  The family requests that any memorials should be directed to Hope Hospice Development Department, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
