Obituary

Daniel Halliwell (Dan) was born in Brooklyn New York on December 22, 1949 and died December 4, 2017 after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Dan worked for Swiss American on Wall St for over 20 years. He leaves behind a sister, Anna Mini, a brother, Lester and his wife Roseann, and sister, Loretta Celestino and her husband Gary. Daniel also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Service will be at St Charles in Farmingdale at a later date.

    The greatest Uncle ever! Always taking his nieces and nephews out bowling, movies, Grwat Adventure!! We would pile in his car no seat belts lol. Softball dinner where they would play his favorite song Sultan of Swings lol Good Times always. My kids were treated no differently he loved us all he will be missed but he is at peace with Grandma and all that were lost before him xoxo

    Uncle Dan you were a great Uncke. Always doing fun things with your nieces and nephews. Memories of us piling into your car and going to Great Adventure! No seat belts of car seats lol movies bowling your softball dinners! Was always a fun time when the cousins were together you brought us closer then you were great with my 4 kids! We all love you and miss you. Yoyrcwith Grandma and everyone else who was lost before you xoxo

    Rest in Peace Uncle Dan. I have fond memories of us playing football and hockey. Watching you play beach volley ball. watching football and baseball games at family functions. You will be missed!!
