Obituary
Danna Jean Rowe, age 69, of Silver Springs Florida, passed away in the early morning of October 14th, 2024. Danna was born in Augusta, Georgia on May 6th, 1955, to her parents Robert Samuel Rowe and Rose Gainen. She was a devout Christian who loved unconditionally and put all her faith in our Lord and Savior. She enjoyed spending time with her family whether it was a hot cup of coffee and doughnuts surrounded by nature’s beauty talking and sharing stories of her life or riding around town listening to her favorite music. Her family and friends will always remember her as a stubborn and hardheaded woman who would always get the last word, but also as a loving and caring woman who could make you laugh as well as the love she had for her cats. She loved reminiscing about the times she spent at Juniper Springs where her mother worked and how much she loved the beach. She grew up in Miami, Florida and spent most of her time riding her bike everywhere and enjoyed the smell of the beach as the wind blew through her hair. She will be deeply missed by all who have met her and who have created memories with her.
Danna is survived by her son, Allen Roger Gahan of Belleview, FL; daughter-in-law, Jessica Gahan of Belleview, FL; grandchildren, Matthew, Jack, Elliot, and Graicelinn Gahan; brother, Michael Rowe of Sumter, FL; and stepsister, Madeleine Love of Maine.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Samuel Rowe; mother, Rose Rowe; brother, Richard Rowe; sister-in-law, Debbie Rowe; nephew, Richard ‘Ricky’ Rowe; and niece, Laurie Johnson.
