Obituary
David Carlton Baker, 72, of Winter Springs, Florida passed away March 2, 2016 at Florida Hospital Hospice Care. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marion, his son David, his daughter Carly and her husband Edward, Grandchildren, Kyle, Cece, and Jason, and his brother Haven. He is preceded in death by his father George, mother Pauline and brother George. He grew up in Tuckerton, NJ. He graduated from Southern Regional High School and Rider University. He was an officer in the US Army Pershing Missile Battalion. He and his family moved to Florida in 1981 and opened Carly Ane’s Floral Studio Inc., where he worked until retiring in 2014. Dave was an active member of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and E.A.G.O. business club. He loved boating, auto racing, motorcycling, traveling, and political discussions. A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held at the Luxmore Grande Estate, 1120 Orange Avenue, Winter Springs, FL 32708 on Sunday March 13, 2016 at 1:30pm.
