Joni and Lori I was saddened to hear of your fathers passing. He was a great neighbor and a good friend. I am sure that both of you girls and the grandchildren will miss him, and that is not bad. He lives on in your memories of him and the stories that you tell the grandchildren and be sure to laugh at some on the things he did. The fun memories are the best. Your old neighbor Shirlene Brock

    Joni & Gary,
It sure was a pleasure waiting on your Dad all these years at Pearl Lake. I could always count on such a warm smile when he walked through the door. I am so sorry to hear of his passing & feel awful that I never knew he was ill. My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.
    Your Pearl Lake Waitress, Tamie

Dave and I have been friends since high school. He was the Sax player & lead vocalist in our 1st band, Cherry Slush. We went fishing with 2 other friends, Gene Harrison & Gary Hayden - that were also in that band. Over the years we drifted apart, but would make extra effort to try to get together as often as possible. He was always funny, lived life on the edge & a friendship that was special. Godspeed David!

He was my grandpa. I love and miss him almost every day. I wish I could have visited him more in Florida. The last time I ever talked to him was through a card I left next to him on his hospital bed.

I am sad to hear about the passing of Dave, I had worked with him for many years at GM Janesville. I didn"t know he was ill with cancer until now. I retired in 2005, and we lost touch with each other after that. Dave sure Loved Florida,He talked about those trips all the time. Dave was a gear head like me and we talked about it every day. He loved His Family always talking about them Loved his pool also. I will miss Him. May GOD REST HIS SOUL, TIL WE MEET AGAIN BROTHER. HE WILL REST IN THE ARMS OF GOD, NO MORE PAIN OR SUFFERING. REST, MAY GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY GIVE THEM PEACE AND COMFORT DURING THIS TIME OF LOSS. DAVE YOU WILL BE MISSED.
