Obituary

“David Lee “Hippie” McClure died unexpectedly on April 23, 2020 in Lake County at the age of 58.

David is survived by his children: Daniel Gilman (Leeanne) of Mt. Dora, Thomas McClure (Lisa) of Eustis, FL, Amber McClure (Jeremy) of St. Petersburg, FL and Jessica McClure-Odell (John) of Manassas, VA. His Step children Casey Mitton (Daniel) of New Port Richey and Ashton Wolgamott of Tennessee. His Brothers Robert Cousino (Kathee) of Toledo, OH, Charles McClure of Lima, OH and his Sisters Joyce Andrews (Jim) of Gibsonville, NC and Pamela Armstrong of Seattle, WA. He had 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Doris Mae; his parents, his son Jonathan, his brothers: Mitch, Buddy, Warren and Billy and his sisters Katheryn and Sandi.

David was born on October 14, 1961 in Toledo, OH to Harold and Ellen McClure. He is loved very much and will be missed.

There will be no services at this time. A celebration of life will be planned in the future.”

    Its with such sadness that i sign this tribute! I feel so lucky to have had you in my life, although not long enough, i enjoyed every moment as a family! I will love you forever! I hope that you have found some peace and that you and my mom can spend eternity together in the clouds! Keep watch over me, i know you will! Both of you! I love you!
