David Patrick Morrison, aged 69, passed away on October 16, 2024, in Ocala, FL. Born on October 2, 1955, David was known for his kind and generous spirit, deeply touching the lives of those around him.
Pat honorably served in the Air Force from 1973 to 1977, dedicating four years to his country during a pivotal time. Following his military service, he embarked on a remarkable career as a Master ASE Certified Technician, a role he excelled in for over 40 years. His commitment to excellence and mentorship left a lasting impact on the automotive industry.
Beyond his professional life, Pat was passionate about working on and building cars, a hobby that he pursued with great enthusiasm and skill. He also found joy in gardening and fishing, activities that allowed him to appreciate the outdoors and relax in nature. His love for his cats was well-known, often bringing smiles to those who knew him best.
Pat is survived by his loving wife, Patricia A. Morrison, and his brothers, Joseph E. Morrison and William A. Morrison. He also leaves behind his sister, Betty Ann Weisberg. David was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Louise Morrison, and his sister, Nancy Marie Morrison.
Pat’s life was one of service, passion, and love, leaving an indelible mark on his family, friends, and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
