Friends and family mourn the unexpected loss of Dennis Arthur Paquin of Port Charlotte, FL in the early morning hours of April 25, 2023.  Dennis touched the lives of so many people over his lifetime that has left an indelible footprint that will never be forgotten.   Dennis was born in Hialeah, FL on December 3, 1955. He was the loving devoted husband of Timothy J Fitzgerald of Port Charlotte, FL and the proud father of his two sons, Daniel Paquin and Samuel Paquin. He was the loving son of the late Antoinette Jacques and Robert Jacques of Bradenton, FL., brother of the late Kenneth W. Jacques Sr. and his wife Janet Silva Jacques of Providence, RI, the late Robert “Bobby” Gerard Jacques, Jr. and his wife DeLslie M. Jacques of Fort Pierce, FL. and Michael Jacques of Attleboro, MA. He was the uncle to many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a major joy in his life, his sweet baby girl, Raven Bella Fitzgerald Paquin.

Dennis worked as a Woodwork Estimator for several different firms over the years and had just recently retired within the past two years. His loss comes unexpectedly but heaven’s gate has gained an angel. To know him was to love him unconditionally. He will be missed terribly by hundreds of friends and family, who loved him from here to the moon and back. “I miss you so much, honey…we will meet again when our time comes. Until then, rejoice with being reunited with family and friends who have gone before us. It will not be easy, but your undying love will carry us forward. Love always <3”

A Celebration of Life will be held in June in Florida and in Rhode Island in July. Dates to be announced.
