DIANA LINSEY MACLEAN OBITUARY Diana Linsey MacLean, aged 72, passed from this life on 8/16/15 at Hospice House in Sumterville, Florida, after a long lung cancer illness. Diana was born in Niscayuna, NY, spent her early years in England, and was educated in England and East Hartford, Ct.. She was predeceased by her mother, Isabella (Brash), her father, Stephen Sullivan, her 4 year old sister, Duane Sullivan, and her first husband and father of her children, William Parquette II. Diana is survived by her 2nd husband, William MacLean, of Lady Lake, FL., and her children, Sheri Verville, Lauri Dupile, and William Parquette III, all of Maine. She also has 4 step-children, Steven, David and Scott MacLean, and Donna (MacLean)Gordon. She also leaves 14 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren from both families. Diana held a number of jobs in her career, mostly having to do with customer service. She loved meeting, greeting and helping people. In her last 10 years she was an Auxiliary member and worked in the Finance Department of American Legion Post 347 in Lady Lake and loved her associations with people there. There will be no funeral. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Lady Lake, and another in Maine where most of her extended family reside.
